Each day for grammar, Jonah has a section on his worksheet for sentence combining. He is given two sentences, which he then has to combine into one sentence.
Today, his sentences were:
I am going to the beach.
I am taking a raft.
Jonah’s combined sentence:
I am going to the beach and taking a fart.
When I stopped laughing, I had to explain to him what he had written, since that is not a word we use.
