Who I Am…

…I am a 30-something wife, homeschooling mama and aspiring writer.

I love my husband. And I like him too. We have lived some really great and some really difficult days together, and although there are some moments I would not want to live through twice, I wouldn’t go back and change any of them. He is my sweetie.

My sweetie and I have three children: Jonah, Abigail, and Meghan. When we named them, I did not anticipate how much they would exemplify their names. They are, by their definitions, my peace, my joy, and my pearl.

If you are new to my blog, these are some of the posts that I would recommend reading first. Together they represent what I hope is a fairly accurate view of who I am and what I am about.

….and of course, the daughter-in-law that we had only dreamed we would have. You constantly surprise us with your heart and soul, your love and devotion, your caring and concern and for making the best of the crazy family you married into! Your reward shall be great!

  5. Dear Sarah,

Yes, we heard the wonderful news that the housing policy has changed again. Karen Vincent called Friday and mentioned that we will be living on campus starting in June and will be in Building C. So I guess we will be neighbors. I would love to chat over the phone about moving in. I’m overjoyed about the whole situation and would love to talk about it.

Can you email me your phone number?

I think it’s great that God brought our families together. It’s amazing how he works! It’s also nice to meet wonderful people when you feel out of place in a new area. I am so happy that my little one and yours seemed to form a bond, that I believe may last a lifetime. Yay!!!
