I like writing and I like crafting words. Unfortunately, this takes practice, and practice is not always fun. Sometimes it’s downright tedious.
But not today!
I’m throwing out a sentence that I posted on this blog in the past week. Not a sentence I think is particularly great, just a sentence. And your job, should you choose to accept the challenge, is to build a better sentence in the comment section.
You can add drama. You can add humor. You can delete all adjectives and adverbs. You can add superfluous language. Whatever you want. Change one word, change all the words, or anywhere in between.
Ready?
Seafood has always been a bit intimidating to me.
Go!
Intimidating? Me? The food I sea I bit! :~
Very cute!
Intimidating? To Me? The food I sea I bit!
Intimidating? To Me? The food I sea I bit, and it has been!
Aw, well – – – – –
Very creative, Mom. I especially like the last bit on the second sentence. 🙂
Following your play with see/sea…
The food I see can intimidate me when the food I see is seafood.
I don’t see what you see in seafood to make it intimidating to you. 😉
Very nice, Mandy. I like that one a lot.
